Shipping Policy
At The Amsterdam Shop, we're committed to getting your perishable items to you safely and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). For larger packages, we may use FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
Processing Time
We typically process and ship orders within 48 business hours of receiving them. Please note that "business hours" are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
For example, if you place an order on a Friday afternoon, it may not be shipped out until the following Monday or Tuesday, as our shipping department is closed over the weekend.
Delivery & Signature Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has left our facility.
Please be aware that signature confirmation may be required for some packages upon delivery. This helps ensure your valuable order arrives securely. If signature confirmation is required, the carrier will not leave the package unless someone is available to sign for it.
